QUESTIONS

Before you ask

What's the difference between year-end accounts and Self Assessment?

Year-end accounts are the company’s statutory accounts, filed with Companies House and used to calculate corporation tax. If you’re a director, you’ll likely also need a personal Self Assessment for your salary and dividends – a separate but related piece we can handle too.

Once a year, on the anniversary of incorporation or your last statement. We track the date and file it for you, so it’s never missed.

Companies House charges automatic penalties starting at £150 and rising with time, and persistent lateness can put your company at risk of being struck off. We build in enough lead time that this never happens.

Yes — registering the company, choosing the right structure, and getting the accounting set up correctly from the start, so you’re not fixing avoidable mistakes a year in.

We calculate your company’s tax liability, claim every allowable deduction, and file the CT600 with HMRC — timed to align with your accounts.

Yes. We handle the handover directly with your previous accountant so nothing’s missed between year-ends.
