Legal and Complaints Procedure

We are committed to providing a high standard of service. If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, we want to hear about it so we can put things right.

How to make a complaint

If you have a complaint, please contact us in the first instance:

Elisander Doraci — SwiftLedger Accounting
20-30a Abington Street, Northampton, NN1 2AJ
Email: info@swiftledger.co.uk
Telephone: +44 1604 385145

Please provide as much detail as possible, including your name, the service concerned, and a clear description of the issue.

Our process

We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days of receipt.

We will investigate the matter thoroughly and provide a full written response within 14 working days. If we need longer to investigate properly, we will let you know and explain why.

Our response will set out our findings and, where appropriate, any action we propose to take to resolve the matter.
You will not be charged for time spent investigating a complaint.

If you remain unhappy

If, having followed our internal complaints procedure, you remain unsatisfied with our response, you may refer your complaint to the Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT), our professional body, who can independently review complaints against licensed members.
